Delivery and packaging
We ship your order with PostNL, DHL, and ONB Delivery Service. All orders placed on business days before 15.30 will be scheduled for production that same day. We package your artwork with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged.
- For plexiglass artworks, we use special protective layers to prevent scratches.
- For canvas and aluminum dibond, we add extra layers to prevent breakage.
- Paper is delivered in a sturdy tube to prevent wrinkling and damage.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 werkdagen to deliver.
You can expect the following delivery times in the Netherlands and Belgium:
Ordered before 15.30 on Monday > delivered Wednesday - Friday
Ordered before 15.30 on Tuesday > delivered Thursday - Saturday
Ordered before 15.30 on Wednesday > delivered Friday - Monday
Ordered before 15.30 on Thursday > delivered Saturday - Tuesday
Ordered before 15.30 on Friday > delivered on Tuesday or Thursday
Ordered on Saturday > delivered on Wednesday - Friday
Ordered on Sunday > delivered on Wednesday - Friday

We ship your ordered artwork completely free of charge!
Liability
We advise you to check the contents of your package immediately upon receipt. If any parts are missing or arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible after discovering the defect, including your order number and any photos (in some cases, we may ask you to send us photos).
Track & trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the track and trace code, so you can track your order.
Nobody home
If the delivery person does not find anyone at the address upon delivery, the shipment will be offered again the following (working) day (depending on the courier service).
Is delivery to your neighbors permitted? The delivery driver will first attempt to deliver the order to your neighbor. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you can always collect the product from a pickup point within 5 days of the delivery date. You will receive a note in your mailbox with collection instructions.
