Not satisfied with your order? No worries! You can easily return the products to us within 30 days of receipt.

Easy returns in 7 simple steps

Step 1: Go to our contact page

Step 2: Enter your name, email address, and order number in the fields provided.

Step 3: If you ordered multiple products, please let us know which product and, if applicable, how many you'd like to return. We'd appreciate hearing the reason for the return, but this is not mandatory.

Step 4: Check your details and click the "Send" button.

Step 5: We will check your return request and, once it has been approved, we will send you the return label by email.

Step 6: Print your label and attach it to a large side of the return package.

Step 7: Take the package to a courier service drop-off point.

After receiving your shipment, it will take up to 10 days for the amount to be refunded.


Return conditions

• Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Return costs are at your own expense. *
• If you registered a return within 30 days of receipt, you have 5 days to return the order.
• Please note that we can only accept unused and undamaged products for return. If a product is damaged, we reserve the right not to refund the full purchase price. We recommend returning the product in the same condition as you received it.
  
  * The return label you print will say "Carriage Paid." This means you, as the buyer, don't have to pay the return shipping costs upfront; we'll cover them in advance. The return shipping costs will then be deducted from the purchase amount we credit. Our return address is automatically filled in on the return label.

Want to exchange your purchase?
Exchanging a complete or partial order for another item is considered a new order. You return the old items within the 30-day return period according to our returns policy and place the new order through our webshop. The amount you paid for the old items will be credited upon approval.
